Navigating life’s challenges can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to do it alone. I specialize in supporting neurodivergent individuals, immigrants, and those facing chronic pain, trauma, or major life transitions. Together, we can work towards healing, adaptation, and self-acceptance. Your story matters—and I’m here to listen.
I believe everyone deserves to feel seen, heard, and supported. My approach is warm, non-judgmental, and trauma-informed—centered on your unique experiences. Together, we’ll gently uncover the stories that shape you and explore new paths toward healing and preferred ways.

Services & fees
I offer counseling services to adults aged 19 and up, providing support to people from all walks of life—regardless of gender identity, sexual orientation, cultural background, religious beliefs, neurological traits, financial situations, or relationship dynamics. My approach is rooted in trauma-informed, collaborative methods that highlight human resilience and the importance of connection.
My intention is to establish a welcoming and affirming space, particularly for 2SLGBTQIA+ individuals, and to support those navigating various relationship structures, values, and practices.
As a white, cisgender, heterosexual, neurodivergent woman with partially able-bodied and lived experience with chronic pain and immigration, I approach my practice with cultural humility. I strive to honor and respect the wide range of beliefs, customs, and perspectives held by those whose identities and experiences differ from my own.
A one-hour counselling session is $150 CAD. Payment can be made via cash, cheque, or e-transfer and is required at the start of the session.
